Tour Registration, Payments, Cancellation Policy

Registrations are accepted anytime up to 3 months prior to the published start date of a tour. Please use the initial contact form to register. One form per each participant is required. Please ensure the information provided is accurate and complete.

Registrations require a down payment of 30% of the package price as published by Belair Travel. You can make payments by wire transfer (preferred), credit / debit card or PayPal.Belair Travel will provide the instructions for international wire transfers by email. Wire charges are to be borne by the participant. Foreign currency exchange fees are to be borne by the sending bank of the funds.

Full payment for the tour must be received latest 90 days prior to the scheduled start date of the tour. Failure to make full payment on time may result in tour services not being available, such as accommodation and certain tickets for transportation.
Cancellation Policy:● Up to and including 90 days prior to tour start date: 90% of all payments made will be refunded. The remaining 10% cover expenses incurred by Belair Travel and will not be refunded● Cancellations made between 89 and 31 days prior to start date: the deposit is forfeited and 50% of the tour package price will be refunded.● Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to start date: no refunds will be made
What is Included in the Tour Package Price

Transportation with trains, mountain railways, cable cars for destinations as listed in the detailed tour itineraries. Belair Travel will also obtain the necessary travel passes (such as Swiss Half Fare, etc.).Transportation utilizing passenger vehicles.
Accommodation as requested by each participant per the choices made in the contact form
Transfer from Zurich airport to Belair Beinwil B&B,NOTE: the first three nights of each tour package will be hosted in our B&B for the vicinity tour packge.
Transfer from the final destination of the tour back to Zurich airport.NOTE: Depending on the specific tour, this may be a train ride or transportation by private vehicle.
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

The following services and products are NOT included in the quoted tour package price.
Air fare / cost of travel from and to country of origin of the participant, including but not limited to taxes, fees and visas.
Any insurance products, such as health care and accident insurance for Switzerland
Belair Travel cannot guarantee that single hotel rooms, i.e. rooms requested by participants traveling alone and not sharing a room with another single traveler, have views such as is commonly the case with standard double rooms. Sometimes, single rooms provide no views at all.
